LetoVox's News

Posted by LetoVox - February 12th, 2012

So after working a little over 1-and-a-half years with the editor of The Newgrounds Writing Anthology, Ekublai, my story is finally nearing completion. It's called Tampered Chromatics and it's about two robots, an elderly scientist and a musician named Mr. Reese. Set in the fictional town of Brentin, the neurotic thriller explores the subtleties of emotion through scientific invention, music, and violence. In the words of the Ekublai, it's "cringe-worthy." And I can't wait to hear what all you zany NG mutha fuckas think of it! :-D

Cutting a volcano sound effect in garageband to sound like a creamy whallop on a kick drum doesn't sound like creamy whallop on a kick drum. It sounds like a volcano. A very short one. Then, when I try to edit the thing again, my mac slows to the point of molasses and garageband crashes. Wha!?

Newgrounds, grace me with a new mac and copy of logic? plz!

Hey all,

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any producers/artists out there that create some really great industrial music. I'm thinking stuff like Ed Harrison and, more recently, xKore's awesome track, Entropy.

Any suggestions are appreciated! THX GUYZ.

Also, it'd be awesome if the music could sound like this picture looks. Carck did it.

industrial music suggestions?

Yo Yo,

Can anyone give me some direction in finding out how to make an interactive document that performs in Flash? I don't know exactly what it's called, but here is an example of what I'm talking about: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/

Basically, you can click on the pages and turn them as you would when reading a normal book. Any advice or direction is appreciated.
